Yes, keeping your fleet legal and safe is our priority. Our technicians are fully qualified to perform comprehensive Annual Federal DOT Inspections. We meticulously check brakes, steering, suspension, lighting, and coupling devices. If a vehicle fails, we provide an immediate estimate to correct the deficiencies in-house.
How do you communicate repair timelines and estimates?
We believe in total transparency. Once a vehicle arrives, our technicians perform a thorough diagnostic. We then provide a detailed, itemized estimate covering parts and labor. We do not proceed with any major repair work until we receive explicit authorization from your fleet manager. You will receive frequent updates so you can adjust your logistics accordingly.
How quickly can you get a broken-down vehicle back on the road?
Downtime is lost revenue. While repair times vary based on the severity of the issue, we prioritize commercial fleets over everything else.
